For decades Douglas had been a fixture on the high street, the unchallenged go-to place for fragrance and premium skin care. However, new selective shopping habits and more accessible competitors changed the game while Douglas stores stayed the same.
The new visual language was rolled out across multiple touchpoints. As well as new products designed for the launch of the campaign.
