Transforming Douglas from a perfume and cosmetics retailer into a brand in its own right.

For decades Douglas had been a fixture on the high street, the unchallenged go-to place for fragrance and premium skin care. However, new selective shopping habits and more accessible competitors changed the game while Douglas stores stayed the same.
